Requirements: SC-RN license, Bachelor’s degree & 2 yrs. Hospice experience pref’d. Strong leadership, communication & business development skills are a must. Operational experience & entrepreneurial aptitude req’d. RN Case Manager: To coordinate and provide direct patient care. Requirements: SC-RN license; 2 - 3 yrs clinical exp.; hospice, LTC, or home care exp. helpful; excellent communication skills essential.
